Adult Capoeira Classes
Train movement, rhythm, strength, and community.
Adult classes introduce capoeira fundamentals while building mobility, conditioning, musicality, and confidence.
What to Expect
A welcoming class for beginners and continuing students.
Class time may include warmups, ginga, kicks, escapes, partner drills, music, songs, and roda practice. Training is scaled so newer students can learn safely while experienced students continue to develop.
Wear comfortable athletic clothes and bring water. No previous martial arts, dance, or music background is required.

Tuesday and Thursday classes are $75/month. One class is $15. Recurring payments can be set up through the donor page.

Capoeira develops physical creativity and self-expression while lowering stress and increasing confidence. With practice and dedication, Capoeira improves strength, flexibility, coordination, agility, balance, and stamina.
